Job summary

DRG Meats Alaska LLC, an Arby’s franchisee, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the GM and oversee daily restaurant operations in Alaska. The AGM leads shifts, enforces brand standards, and drives operational excellence while maintaining safety and quality.

You will train and coach teams, manage onboarding, help recruit staff, and strive for exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• English reading, speaking, and writing required.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification course and exam.
• Reliable transportation and clean MVR/background.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: lead shifts to complete tasks on time while ensuring quality.
• Team Leadership: coach and motivate team members and shift managers for great customer experiences.
• Safety & Compliance: prioritize health and safety, OSHA compliance adherence.
• Training & Development: actively train and develop future leaders and create development plans.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: assist GM in staffing and welcoming new hires.
• Financial Performance: support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver 5-star service and customer satisfaction.
• General Manager Support: assist GM in daily restaurant operations.
