Job summary

Arby’s in Alaska is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and drive daily restaurant operations, guest experience, and financial performance.

You will lead shifts, coach crew, ensure safety, hire and onboard, and help develop future leaders while upholding brand standards. This role requires 18+, 2 years of leadership, ServSafe, and a clean background; schedule includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification and maintain health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clear background check (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks and quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to deliver 5-star customer experiences.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure OSHA regulatory compliance.
• Train and develop future leaders and assist in creating development plans.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires with GM collaboration.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold brand standards.
