Job summary

DRG Meats LLC, a franchisee of Arby’s, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts, coach teams, and uphold brand standards. You will work with the GM to recruit, onboard, and drive operational excellence while ensuring safety and a superior customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant leadership, ServSafe certification, and excellent English communication. Expect a 45-hour week with nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• Able to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a health card.
• Reliable transportation with a clear background check and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of operational tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety in accordance with regulations.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding with the GM for new hires.
• Support the GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service and maintain overall customer satisfaction.
