DRG Meats Alaska LLC is seeking a General Manager for our Arby’s location in Wasilla, AK. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage costs, and drive profitability while ensuring quality food and service.

The role emphasizes staff development, training, and aligning operations with DRG’s values. A minimum of 2 years of restaurant leadership and a high school diploma are required, with SERV Safe certification preferred. This is a full-time on-site position in Alaska.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a high-potential team for leadership roles.
• Drive world-class operations with outstanding service and food quality.
• Manage P&L to maximize profitability and control costs.
• Lead and communicate with upper management and staff with an open-door policy.
• Conduct ongoing training workshops and provide real-time feedback.
