Job summary

DRG Meats Alaska LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in daily restaurant operations in Alaska. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards while focusing on safety, service, and financial performance.

The AGM role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to train future leaders, and a commitment to delivering a 5-star customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete tasks on time while ensuring quality.
• Coach and motivate team to deliver customer-focused service.
• Prioritize health and safety and OSHA compliance.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new hires.
• Support GM in financial performance and cost control.
• Ensure 5-star customer experience daily.
