Job summary

Bozzuto, based in Nashville, is seeking an Assistant General Manager (Assistant Sr. Property Manager) to lead operations, drive leasing, and ensure top-tier resident experiences.

You will manage rent collection, conduct engaging tours, and mentor staff while maintaining Bozzuto’s brand image. The role requires strong communication, a service mindset, and readiness to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sales aptitude to drive leasing and revenue growth.
• Proficiency with social media platforms to engage residents and prospects.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto's standards and values.
• Assist in collecting rent, posting receipts, and managing delinquency to meet financial objectives.
• Conduct informative, personalized tours to achieve occupancy targets and leases.
• Foster brand loyalty and resident retention through positive interactions.
• Oversee property appearance and brand representation with a professional image.
• Provide coaching for team members in the GM/PM's absence.
• Work weekends 1–2 weekends per month with mid-week days off.
