Job summary

Bozzuto is hiring a General Manager (Senior Property Manager) to lead a high-performing team at a premier property. The role focuses on driving occupancy, client satisfaction and financial performance while mentoring staff and maintaining strong owner and vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates bring a 4-year degree, 5+ years in property management or related sectors, budget responsibility, and GAAP knowledge. A real estate license is preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven track record of building, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong relationships with clients, investors, owners and vendors.
• Experience managing a budget and/or P&L.
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI).
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

• Inspire the team to execute sales, marketing and operational plans to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage the property's financial performance per the budget.
