Bozzuto is seeking a Senior Property Manager (General Manager) in Nashville to lead operations, sales, and financial performance for a residential community. You will coach teams, manage budgets, and deliver client-ready reporting, while fostering strong owner, resident, and vendor relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in property management or related industries, a 4-year degree, and proficiency with YARDI.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Track record of building, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
• Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, ownership groups and vendors.
• Experience managing a budget and/or P&L.
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI), apps and computer programs.
• Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of GAAP.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A sharp professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Inspiring the team to execute sales, marketing and operational activities to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Managing the financial performance of the property per budget.
• Coaching team members to understand their contribution to the big picture.
• Delivering timely financial and operational performance reports to clients and ownership groups.
• Cultivating strong relationships with owners, residents, employees and vendors.
• Coaching the team to differentiate the community in the market.
• Partnering with marketing to position the community as a destination for enriched living experiences.
• Creating an operating environment with high guest satisfaction and strong reviews.
• Working weekends one weekend per month with two weekdays off.
• Supporting professional growth and development of team members.
