Job summary

Bozzuto in Florida is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily property operations and guest relations, while ensuring financial objectives and occupancy goals are met. You will mentor team members, oversee rent collection, tours, and resident experiences, and represent the Bozzuto brand with a professional appearance.

This role blends leadership, community building, and hands-on management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Exposure to rent collection processes, budgets and accounts receivable.
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competent with industry software (YARDI preferred).
• Sales aptitude.
• This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

• Contributing to financial objectives by collecting rent, posting receipts and managing delinquency.
• Achieving occupancy levels by conducting informative tours and securing new leases.

• Coaching and mentoring team members when the PM/GM is not present.
• Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home.
