Bozzuto seeks a Senior Assistant Property Manager to lead on-site operations, drive occupancy, and coach the team in a fast-paced apartment community. This role supports the GM and ensures exceptional resident experiences while maintaining Bozzuto standards across the property in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year college degree and 2+ years in property management or hospitality, with strong communication and YARDI skills, plus a customer-first mindset to deliver extraordinary service.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Exposure to rent collection processes, budgets and accounts receivable.
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competent with industry software (YARDI) and related apps.
• Sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, uphold Bozzuto's standards and culture.
• Contribute to financial objectives by collecting rent and managing delinquency.
• Achieve occupancy through informative community tours and new leases.
• Build brand loyalty and retention through positive resident interactions.
• Ensure the community looks impeccable and represents the Bozzuto brand.
• Mentor team members when the GM is absent.
• Work weekends as needed to engage prospective residents.
