Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to lead by example in delivering exceptional resident experiences and strong financial performance. You will oversee leasing tours, brand representation, and team coaching across a dynamic property team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes revenue awareness, social media engagement, and diligent maintenance of community standards, with weekend coverage as needed. Bozzuto values growth, well-being, and inclusive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Exposure to revenue, P&L and budget management.
• Proficient with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging content.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Competent with industry software (YARDI preferred).
• Sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, living Bozzuto's standards and culture.
• Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and delinquency management.
• Conduct informative and personalized tours to secure new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive.
• Ensure the community looks impeccable and the team represents Bozzuto professionally.
• Coach, mentor and inspire team members.
• Work weekends as needed (one to two weekends per month) with two days off during the week.
• Stepping in to lead when the Property Manager is not present.
