Job summary

Bozzuto seeks a Senior Property Manager (General Manager) to lead a high-performing team in a vibrant property setting. You will drive sales, marketing, and operations to meet occupancy and retention targets while overseeing financial performance and reporting to owners and clients.

The role requires a 4-year degree plus 5+ years in property management or related fields, with expertise in YARDI and GAAP. You will coach staff, build client relationships, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Track record of building, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong client/investor relationships with ownership groups and vendors.
• Experience managing a budget and/or P&L.
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI) and GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and model Bozzuto's core values and culture.
• Drive sales, marketing and operations to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage the property's financial performance per the budget.
• Coach team members to understand their roles in the big picture.
• Create timely financial and operational performance reports for clients and ownership groups.
• Develop strong relationships with owners, residents, employees and vendors.
