Job summary

Taco Bell seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the Restaurant General Manager in managing a Taco Bell restaurant. You will train staff, respond to customer needs, and model leadership to drive operational excellence.

You will lead culture, coaching, and development of managers and team members while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to safety standards. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of operational management experience in Quick Service Restaurant or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong math and accounting skills to manage P&L in the restaurant.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical/decision-making and communication skills.
• Self-starter with leadership and team-building capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization.
• Train and coach employees; respond to customer service needs.
• Schedule labor and manage food orders to meet financial targets.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and safe work environment.
• Drive brand performance and customer satisfaction through coaching and leadership.
