Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, coaching the team, and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

You’ll lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to drive excellence. You’ll take charge of daily operations in the GM’s absence, partner with the GM to assess performance, and cultivate a culture of equity and belonging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.

Responsabilités

• Model the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction and lead by example.
• Oversee Shift Excellence, food safety standards, and core excellence; manage operations in GM's absence.
• Provide feedback, address employee relations issues, and resolve matters promptly.
