Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, step in for the Restaurant General Manager as needed, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor teams, manage P&L, and uphold Taco Bell’s culture of inclusion and excellence.

Expect a dynamic, high-volume environment with focus on customer satisfaction, staff development, and operational integrity across health, safety, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Ensure staff training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and inclusion.
• Lead efforts in recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit talent with GM support.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee shifts, food safety, and Core Excellence.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to the team.
• Source, recruit, interview, and hire Team Members.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Review financial reports to optimize performance.
• Support health and safety standards compliance.
