Qualifications

• Minimum of three to four years of experience leading people in a food service setting.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• High School diploma or some college education.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible to work with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Assistant General Manager is in charge of all people and operations for a Taco Bell restaurant.
• Lead the team to deliver great food and service to customers.
• Instruct Shift Managers and Crew Members to perform duties effectively and ensure each shift improves.
• Travel to other locations (restaurants, area offices) as needed.
