Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations, coach and develop the team, and step in for the Restaurant General Manager when needed. You will balance guest satisfaction with brand standards, manage costs, and drive performance with a focus on safety and training.

You will mentor Team Members, recruit talent, and ensure consistent execution of policies while promoting equity and belonging. This role emphasizes strong leadership and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity and belonging.
• Lead recognition, collaboration, and motivation; assist GM in hiring.
• Strong communication for performance appraisals and discipline.
• Adhere to corporate policies and health, safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and uphold brand standards.
• Model the MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence, food safety, and core excellence.
• Collaborate with GM on team performance and feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Support Profit & Loss management, cash control, and labor.
• Review financial reports and drive performance improvements.
