Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, train and coach the team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will step in for the GM as needed and drive performance with a focus on service and quality.

In this role you’ll assist with P&L management, cash controls, inventory, and labor while ensuring food safety and health standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills for performance appraisals and training.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine and meeting customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence, food safety, and core standards; cover GM in their absence.
• Collaborate with GM on performance feedback and hiring processes.
• Promote equity, inclusion, and belonging while recruiting exceptional talent.
• Support P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor; review financial reports.
• Maintain facility, health, and safety standards.
