Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive restaurant performance under the Restaurant General Manager. You will train, coach, and recognize team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences while modeling Taco Bell’s standards.

You will lead by example, oversee daily operations, and support hiring, training, and performance management. This role emphasizes equity, inclusion, and a strong customer-focused culture.

Formación

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold brand standards and inspire the team.
• Lead training, coaching, and recognition to deliver great customer experiences.
• Oversee shift duties and ensure health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the GM on team performance and hiring, providing feedback and resolutions as needed.
• Support with profit & loss management, inventory, cash control, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Assist in facility maintenance and health & safety compliance.
