Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive daily restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team. You will train, coach, and recognize team members while supporting the Restaurant General Manager.

You’ll handle operations in the GM’s absence, ensure safety, and push for excellence while maintaining Taco Bell brand standards. This role requires 3+ years in restaurant/retail management, strong communication, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by cash control, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity and belonging.
• Lead recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent for GM support.
• Strong communication for appraisals, discipline, and training employees.
• Adhere to corporate policies, OH&S standards.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine to prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee shift excellence, food safety, and Core Excellence; cover GM in their absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback and resolve employee relations issues with GM input when needed.
• Support sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members; foster equity and inclusion.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
