Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, train and coach the team, and drive customer experiences. You will lead operations in the GM’s absence, with a focus on profitability, safety, and guest satisfaction.

With 3+ years in restaurant/retail management, you will recruit, train, and recognize talent, manage cash and inventory, and ensure labor and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience with P&L management, cash control and labor management.
• Ability to recruit, interview and hire team members, promoting equity and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction and lead with guest-centric service.
• Oversee shift responsibilities, food safety, and core excellence; take charge in GM’s absence.
• Assist GM with hiring, performance feedback and employee relations when needed.
