Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help drive restaurant success by supporting the Restaurant General Manager, upholding brand standards, and guiding a high-performing team. You will lead through training, coaching, and recognizing your staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role you will manage operations in the GM's absence, assist with P&L, cash controls, inventory, and labor management, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture, promoting equity and belonging.
• Lead recognition, collaboration, and motivation efforts.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent to support the GM.
• Strong communication for performance appraisals and discipline.
• Adhere to corporate policies and health/safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Coach and develop Team Members and maintain high food safety standards.
• Support sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Assist with profitability, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take appropriate actions.
