Job summary

CAVA is hiring an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader in running our restaurants. You will help implement store action plans, analyze financial metrics, and develop team members to perform at an exceptional level.

You will learn competency-based leadership and operational skills while supporting schedules, forecasting, labor, and inventory management. Eligible for competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgets and costs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
