Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will uphold our core values of accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment while ensuring a safe, welcoming guest experience.

You will manage shift schedules, coach Team Members, handle training, and work with the management team to drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; schedule demands may change.
• ServeSafe Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
