Job summary

Border Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, develop a strong team, and deliver great food and guest experiences. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience, knowledge of P&L, and a proven hiring/training track record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building and training is required.
• Proven track record of hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position requiring ~50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant.
• Build and lead a strong team to provide fast, friendly service.
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor P&L and drive profitability.
