Border Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and to develop a high-performing team. You will ensure safe, friendly service and maintain food quality while upholding core values such as accountability, integrity, and teamwork.

The role requires at least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience with demonstrated success in hiring, training, and driving sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Provide customers with great food and a friendly experience.
• Reinforce Border Foods CORE values and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Schedule, deploy, and monitor team performance and accountability.
