This role requires 50-hour weeks, weekend availability, and a commitment to growing with Border Foods
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of restaurant or retail experience.
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
- Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, and some holidays; schedule requires a minimum of 50 hours per week.
- ServeSafe Certified.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage a team.
- Ensure fast, friendly service and quality food.
- Monitor POS system operations and price updates.
- Uphold health and safety standards and compliance.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff.
- Control labor and inventory costs.
