You will oversee service, ensure quality food and friendly experiences, manage scheduling, and drive profitability while maintaining health and safety standards.

This role requires 50-hour weeks, weekend availability, and a commitment to growing with Border Foods

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, and some holidays; schedule requires a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage a team.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and quality food.
• Monitor POS system operations and price updates.
• Uphold health and safety standards and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff.
