Border Foods LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, build and develop a strong team, and deliver great food and a friendly guest experience. The role emphasizes accountability, integrity, teamwork, and empowerment in a fast-paced Taco Bell franchise setting.

You will lead shifts, manage labor and inventory, and ensure health and safety standards while delivering top-line results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Non-exempt management position; requires a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead a strong team.
• Ensure food quality and friendly guest experiences.
• Manage scheduling, labor control, and daily operations to meet standards.
• Coach and develop Team Members; hire and train new staff.
• Uphold cash handling policies and ensure compliance with accounting requirements.
