Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold our CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

You will build a strong team, deliver fast, friendly service, and ensure quality food while controlling labor and costs. The position offers top pay, a bonus program up to $20,000 annually, educational reimbursements, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
