In this role you will oversee the full restaurant operation, build a strong, accountable team, ensure fast and friendly service, and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly experience.
• Reinforce Border Foods CORE values in daily actions and decision making.
• Coach and develop team members and shift leaders to meet standards and guest expectations.
• Monitor and control labor, inventory, and cash handling; ensure compliance with safety and health guidelines.
