Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and to build a strong, high-performing team. You will ensure fast, friendly service and quality food while upholding our CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

The role emphasizes labor and inventory control, safety compliance, staff development, and delivering a welcoming guest experience in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays (minimum 50 hours/week).
• ServeSafe certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
