Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a Taco Bell restaurant, reinforce CORE values, and create a safe, welcoming environment for customers and team members. The role focuses on running daily operations, developing a strong team, and delivering consistent, high-quality food and service.

You will be responsible for driving sales, managing labor, and upholding health and safety standards while supporting employee growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management role expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the team to deliver great food and friendly service.
• Drive sales performance and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Schedule, labor, and inventory control with a focus on cost efficiency.
• Hire, train, and develop team members and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Represent Border Foods in handling customer issues with a problem-solving approach.
