Royal City Bell, LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily restaurant operations and uphold brand standards. You will lead shifts, coach teams, and drive customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• Must be 18 years or older with ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card.
• Reliable transportation and a clear background check/MVR.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete operational tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers; prioritize customer experience.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Train and develop future leaders; create development plans and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with GM on recruiting, onboarding, and welcoming new hires.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and performance metrics.
• Provide 5-star customer service and maintain brand standards.
• Assist GM in managing restaurant operations as needed.
