Job summary

Silver State Bell, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager. You will coach teams, drive 5-star service, and ensure safety and quality across shifts in a fast-paced Taco Bell environment.

The AGM will assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing staff, while helping achieve financial and brand standards set by the GM. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• ServSafe Certification and health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure operational excellence and timely task completion.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to focus on customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Train and develop future leaders and create development plans.
• Collaborate with GM on staffing needs, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and performance.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and uphold brand standards.
