Job summary

Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily Taco Bell operations and uphold brand standards in Missouri. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure a safe, high-quality customer experience, while supporting training and onboarding for future leaders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the General Manager on staffing, scheduling, and achieving financial targets, with a focus on 5-star service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clear criminal background check with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete operational tasks on time while maintaining quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize the customer experience.
• Ensure health and safety regulations (OSHA) are followed.
• Assist in training and developing future leaders and create development plans.
• Collaborate with GM on staffing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and delivering 5-star customer service.
