Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations and people. The AGM will oversee daily performance, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive results across shifts and locations.

The role requires strong leadership, experience managing food-service teams, and a commitment to food safety. Expect travel to other locations and flexible scheduling to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to four years of experience leading people in a fast-paced environment.
• High School or some College Education.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible to work with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all people and operations for a Taco Bell restaurant as AGM.
• Lead and coach Shift Managers and Crew Members to ensure high quality service and operational standards.
• Coordinate training, scheduling, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Travel to other locations (restaurants, area office) as needed and manage across multiple sites.
