Job summary

Royal City Bell, LLC is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain brand standards. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure safety, quality, and financial performance.

The AGM will play a key role in onboarding new hires, coordinating staffing, and implementing development plans while upholding 5-star service expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and 2 years of restaurant leadership.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Pass ServSafe course and maintain health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks and quality.
• Coach and motivate team across all shifts and prioritize customer experience.
• Ensure OSHA safety and health compliance.
• Assist GM with staffing, training, and development plans.
