Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and drive daily restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, quality, and efficiency.

The AGM will supervise shifts, coach team members, uphold safety standards, assist in recruiting, and contribute to financial performance. A 45-hour work week with flexible scheduling is typical in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and health card as required by local/state.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete operational tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members and shift managers.
• Prioritize safety and OSHA compliance for customers and employees.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and development planning with the GM.
• Support in achieving the restaurant's financial goals and delivering 5-star customer service.
