KBP Brands, the parent company behind KBP Foods, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a KFC restaurant in Bastrop, TX. You will steer operations, drive profitability, and coach a team to deliver a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire team members and managers.
• Coach staff to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Ensure guests enjoy a high-quality product and friendly service.
