KBP Brands, part of KBP Foods, is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurants in Cedar Park, TX. You will lead, train, and coach a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role oversees daily operations, labor and food costs, and profitability, with clear career growth through internal leadership development programs and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
