KBP Brands is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant. This role drives guest satisfaction, team leadership, and daily operations at a high-volume location in Texas, with clear paths to general manager roles within the KBP family.

You’ll lead a suite of responsibilities including staff coaching, inventory control, cash handling, and adherence to food safety and brand standards while delivering memorable moments for guests and contributing to profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as an AGM in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+ and able to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC's standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
