Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, QSR, retail, hospitality or customer service roles.
• Ability to lead and train teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid drivers license and insurance for catering deliveries
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Team Members on recipes, POS systems, guest service, food safety and store procedures
• Work hands-on with the team by taking orders, making smoothies, preparing food and completing store prep and cleaning
• Support store opening and closing, cash handling and operational logs
• Assist with weekly inventory counts, receiving deliveries, product organization and waste control
• Prepare, organize and fulfil catering orders, including local deliveries when assigned
• Provide exceptional guest service and help resolve routine guest concerns
• Model reliability, professionalism, teamwork and a positive guest-first attitude
