Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with standard business tools and reporting is preferred.

• Hire, develop and lead store team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Use P&L, daily reviews, cash and deposits, scheduling and inventory tools for ops excellence.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage inventory.
• Review KPIs and operational metrics to identify issues and opportunities.
• Manage cash activities including daily deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines at all times.
• Uphold brand standards in line with company vision.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness per brand standards.
• Drive store programs via action plans and team engagement.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach.
• Recognize and celebrate team accomplishments using company tools.
