Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a purpose-driven Assistant General Manager to lead store operations, build a motivated team, and ensure an extraordinary guest experience. You will balance strategic priorities with daily leadership, and grow alongside the brand’s mission to inspire healthy, active lifestyles.

As AGM, you will manage hiring, training, and performance, oversee compliance, and partner with the GM on local marketing and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work hours needed to run the store, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws and local statutes.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout the visit.
• Lead and develop the store team to deliver a great guest experience and fulfill the mission to inspire healthy living.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and company standards.
• Assist the GM in developing local store marketing plans and community outreach.
• Collaborate with the GM to deliver quality smoothies and healthy products to the community.
