CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to uphold our mission and values while leading restaurant operations. You will work with the General Manager and Area Leader on store plans, financial metrics, and hourly Team Member development, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise daily operations, manage schedules, coach staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety while driving customer loyalty and a positive work environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing efforts.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards and addressing customer concerns.
• Contribute to strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead by example in customer service and encourage the team to follow suit.
• Assist with financial reporting, performance analysis, and identifying improvement areas.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and financial record-keeping procedures.
• Support food safety practices and staff training on proper procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and operational record-keeping.
• Support with special projects and initiatives to drive restaurant success.
