Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, labor management, inventory, and maintaining high service standards while managing financial metrics and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost control.

Aufgaben

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
• Address Team Member issues and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards and addressing customer concerns.
• Support with financial reporting and analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
