Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations, collaborate with the General Manager, and drive performance across the team. You will oversee scheduling, training, inventory, and guest service to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.

You will partner with leadership to manage financial results, uphold food safety standards, and coach Team Members to deliver hospitality with warmth and efficiency. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of legal, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work flexibly (nights and weekends) and travel as needed.
• Generous and friendly demeanor with guests.
• Completes tasks within established timelines.
• Promotes inclusivity and respect within the team.
