Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, develop top sales specialists, and drive sales performance while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach, motivate, and train staff, supervise daily operations, and ensure merchandising and inventory accuracy to maximize store profitability. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or customer service role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage daily operations and store performance when GM away.
• Resolve customer issues and guide transactions on the sales floor.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor sales metrics and quota attainment.
• Oversee store merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness to ensure a premier customer experience.
