Job summary

Victra is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-energy sales floor team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a Verizon authorized retail store. You will coach, develop, and motivate teammates while driving sales targets and daily operations that keep the store running smoothly.

You will foster a results-driven environment, set clear goals, and manage tasks from merchandising to staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or leadership experience.
• Experience managing in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Ability to set and review sales goals with a team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• Legal to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team to develop sales specialists and drive sales targets and financials.
• Oversee daily operations, merchandising, stock, and store cleanliness.
• Coach and mentor team members; lead when GM is away.
• Resolve customer issues and assist with transactions.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals; monitor sales data and KPI metrics.
• Ensure store uptime, compliance, and proper cash handling.
