Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coach, train, and motivate staff while handling daily store operations and merchandising to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team members to reach goals.
• Resolve customer issues and assist with customer transactions.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations as directed by the store leader.
• Set and communicate daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Identify skill gaps and build development plans to improve performance.
• Run store operations including staffing, reporting, cash handling, and compliance.
• Monitor inventory, restock shelves, and maintain device security and store cleanliness.
• Lead merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Complete store opening and closing duties.
